iinked Sign™ version 3.6 brings updates to critical backend Syngrafii data centre infrastructure to manage the scalability, reliability and growth of our services.
In addition to this infrastructure update, iinked Sign 3.6 introduces features to enhance the operation of the LongPen™ as well being able to control location sharing for signers of a Package.
iinked 3.6 New Features

Location of Signers
- You can now make the sharing of geolocation by signers either disabled, optional (default) or mandatory for a Package allowing you to control what is shared depending on your requirements. This can be controlled for various entry points in the app such as IDV, Document Signing, Signature Pads and VSR Meetings.

Acro Fields
- Fillable Acro Fields present in a PDF document can now be set to read only so that signers can see them but not edit them during the signing of documents.

LongPen Signings
- LongPen signings can now be filtered to specific locations of LongPen units.
- A LongPen "location" will now be shown as a Room option when sending out a LongPen invitation signing link. Recipients of this invitation will only gain access to the selected LongPen location.
- The platform will now store and recall members preferred LongPen location used when sending out LongPen invitations.
