The initial release supports QES for Sequential signing workflows, with support for additional workflow types planned in future phases.

- Document Signing
- Electronic Signature Consent allows organizations to display a consent banner that requires signers to review and accept an electronic signature consent agreement before signing documents. During the signing process, signers are presented with a consent disclosure confirming their agreement to use electronic signatures and receive documents electronically, acknowledging their ability to access electronic records, and informing them of their option to request paper copies from the Package sender. The feature helps reduce organizational risk by ensuring consent is explicitly captured, recorded, and maintained throughout the signing process. In addition, organizations can include their own custom consent language alongside the standard consent disclosure, allowing them to communicate organization-specific requirements, policies, or legal notices to signers. The Consent Banner feature is disabled by default for all Packages. To present the consent banner to signers and capture electronic signature consent during the signing process, the feature must be explicitly enabled within the Package settings.
- Suppress Compliance Audit Certificate: With the introduction of consent banners, signer consent can now be captured directly as part of the signing workflow. As a result, organizations have the flexibility to disable the Compliance Audit Certificate (CAC) pages if they are not required for their business processes. This helps reduce the number of steps in the signing experience while still ensuring that electronic signature consent is properly presented, acknowledged, and recorded.
- Qualified Electronic Signature (QES) Compliant Digital Signature: To support customers operating in regulated environments, iinked Sign has introduced Qualified Electronic Signature (QES) capabilities. QES represents the highest level of electronic signature under the eIDAS framework and provides strong signer authentication and certificate-based digital signing. Through our integration with Digidentity, signers can complete identity verification and obtain the qualified certificate required to apply a QES-compliant digital signature. In this first phase of the rollout, QES is available for Sequential signing workflows, allowing organizations to execute documents with enhanced legal assurance and compliance. Future releases will extend QES support to additional signing workflows and use cases across the platform.
- Login and Signup Process: The login and signup process has been refreshed with a brand-new look and several usability enhancements designed to simplify account access and registration. In addition to the updated user interface, users can now authenticate or create an account using their existing Google or Microsoft credentials through the new single sign-on (SSO) options available throughout the onboarding experience. These enhancements reduce the need for manual account creation and password management, accelerate onboarding for new users, and provide a more seamless and secure authentication experience across the platform.
