iinked 3.5 Release Notes

Summary

Syngrafii's sustained growth necessitates the evolution of our Corporate and eSignature brands. In this latest release, you'll observe a greater emphasis on the platform of our product brand iinked Sign™, while Syngrafii transitions more into the corporate brand.

iinked 3.5 brings several features further enhancing the user experience and functionality of the iinked Sign platform: 

• The ability to have multiple signers in a Package with the same email address. This helps in cases where signers share a common email address but need to be added as separate signers.  
• The ability to view Identity Verification results as a Host from within a Video Signing Room, when you join the meeting directly from the iinked application. 
• Enhanced Signing Package management allowing you to convert Packages if the signing type needs to change. Packages can also be Cancelled or Voided using the new Rescind option. 
• Duplication of a Package is now supported so that you may use another Package created in the past to quickly use as a starting point to send out a new signing.

Additionally iinked 3.5 introduces a major update in Real Estate functionality and in its integration with CREA WEBForms®: the launch of iinked Auto Templates. These Auto Templates feature pre-templated documents for all Canadian Real Estate documents and forms, enabling REALTORS® to effortlessly create Packages with signer groups and fields already set up for them. Either through CREA WEBForms® or independently.

iinked 3.5 New Features

• Identity Verification™ (IDV) and Video Signing Room™ (VSR)
  • Added the ability for a VSR host to view the verification results, details and images from within a VSR meeting. Please note: you must Join the VSR meeting from the Syngrafii app to view the IDV results. Joining a meeting as a Host from the meeting invitation link does not yet support viewing the IDV results.   
  • Updated the iinked IDV™ service to the latest offering from our IDV partner. 
• iinked Sign™ Packages 
  • Added a new way to quickly create a Signing Package. Simply add or drag and drop documents to the new banner section of your iinked Dashboard and seamlessly create a new Package.
    • This new feature also allows you to upload a document for quick self-signing. Simply add the documents, hit Sign Now and you will be taken to the document signing process where you can add signature, initial and text fields as required.   
  • Adding Signers with the same email address - You can now add multiple signers who share the same email address to a Package. In the past, all signers in a Package required a unique email address but that is no longer the case. 

    • When the Package is created, separate emails are sent out to each signer using the same email address, providing them each with their unique signing link. 

  • Converting Package Type - You are now able to change the type of a signing Package. This can be done when a Package is in Draft mode or even after it has been sent and signed.
  • Rescinding Packages - You are now able to rescind a Signing Package that has already been sent out for signing. This enables you to cancel a signing in case you need to make any changes to the Package or need to void the signing process.
    • An optional custom message can be sent to the signers explaining why you have rescinded the Package.
    • The MasterFile Audit Trial will track that the Package has been rescinded.  
  • Duplicating Packages, Templates and Forms - This allows you to duplicate an existing Package in your account and use it to create a new, similar Signing Package. iinked Templates and Forms can be easily duplicated too. 
    • During the duplication process, all settings, signer information, and documents from the original will be retained in the new copy and can be edited as necessary. 
  • Deleting a Package - now when a Package is deleted, you have the option to enter in a reason/message that will be sent to the signers of the package.  
• iinked Sign™ Document Signing
  • Added a Signer Actions menu to allow a signer to select from several options available to them while signing a document:
    • Declining Packages – A signer now can decline a signing Package. Declining a signing Package automatically rescinds the Package.
      • An optional custom message can be entered and sent to the Package owner explaining the reason for the signer declining to sign the Package.
      • An email notification will be sent to all other signers as well to let them know that the Package has been rescinded.
      • The MasterFile Audit Trail will keep track of the Package being declined and rescinded.
    • Download of Documents – A signer is now able to download the original version of the document when they open the document for signing. They have the option of either downloading all the documents or the active document that they are signing.
• Templating
  • Strikethrough - added additional options for the strikethrough function to allow outlining an entire paragraph. 
• Auto Templates
  
  • Auto Templates enable Organizations to establish reusable categories of documents, each pre-configured with signer groups and signing fields. Detection criteria can be implemented to identify and determine when a matching document is added to a Package by a user, automatically applying the pre-set signer groups and fields to the matched documents in the Package.
  • Global Auto Templates allows iinked Sign to make available in all iinked accounts, auto templates that will be maintained by us for common re-usable documents for various industries. Starting with Canadian Real Estate documents and forms, iinked Sign has created signer groups and templated all the Canadian Provinces' documents for ease of use for REALTORS®.
    
    • Users have the option to select which documents from specific provinces they want activated in their iinked account. Those who utilize the CREA WEBForms® integration will have the corresponding category automatically enabled when a Package is created using CREA WEBForms®.  
    • REALTORS® who prefer to use iinked Sign standalone, can create signing Packages directly from their iinked Sign account and still have auto templates detected for the documents that they add. 
• Single Sign On (SSO)
  • Added the ability in a Private Instance for an Organization Admin to update the SSO Client Secret. Only client secrets can be updated at this time.
