Replayable iinked Signatures allow signers to add their handwritten signature and initials once when signing a document and reuse it across all signature and initial fields within the same Package. Signatures will not be saved for future use and only available for that specific Signing Package.
Enable Replayable iink Signatures for a Package

When creating a Package, in the Package Options under the Signatures tab, enable Replayable iink.
- When this option is enabled, signers can reuse a previously applied iink signature or initial throughout the Package. This reduces repetitive actions and speeds up the signing process.
- You can also set your Organization defaults for each package to permanently enable this feature for all Signing Packages by adjusting your Signing Defaults.
Apply Reusable iink Signatures to Documents
- During the signing process, when a signature or initial field is selected, and the signer chooses the iink It signature option to apply their handwritten signature, they are able to apply their replayable iink signature for use in the documents in the signing package.

For the first signature, the signer draws their handwritten signature and applies it to the document.
- For all subsequent signature fields:

Video Signing Room and In Person Packages: When the meeting host activates the signature box, the signer will see their previously used signature automatically displayed in the signature pad. They can simply tap Send to apply that signature, or choose to clear it and draw a new one instead.
- For all other Package types, the signer simply needs to click the signature box, and the previously used signature will be applied.

Once the signing has been completed, the replayable iink signature will no longer be available. This feature if enabled, streamlines the signing experience by enabling signers to apply their last used iink signature or initials in a document without needing to redraw or resend them each time. The signature is reusable only within the Signing Package and cannot be saved or applied to other packages ensuring strict compliance and control.
