When a member of a Syngrafii Organization belongs to multiple Teams, the Organization Admin (OA) can assign them a Primary Team based on the role or responsibilities the OA wants that member to prioritize.
On the Members page, select the member who belongs to multiple teams.
In the right panel, under the Profile tab, open the Primary Team drop-down menu. This will display all the teams the member is part of.
- Choose the desired team, then click Save in the top-right corner to apply your selection.
