Introducing iinked Seal™ This new feature allows users in Syngrafii to add their digital Notary, Commissioner or other Seals into the documents that they are signing.
- Organization Administrators can add Seals to the profiles of individual Members in their Organization
- Members are able to add Seals in their user profile
- Members can then add their Seal into documents that they are signing as outlined here.
- Free to use for a limited time.

Support for Additional File Types. In addition to PDFs, you are now able to upload the following file formats into Syngrafii. The documents will be converted to a PDF format for signing.
- Microsoft Word (.doc , .docx), Microsoft Excel (.xls , .xlsx), Microsoft PowerPoint (.pptx)
- Image Formats: .gif, .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .bmp, .tif, .tiff, .ico, .svg

Preview of Video Signing Room Documents Prior to Signing
- Invitees to a Video Signing Room session will now be able to see a Review Documents button in the meeting invite that allows them to review the documents prior to the VSR Meeting.
- This is a new Package Option that can be enabled or disabled as needed.
- Only attendees added to the Package will be able to request a link to the documents to be sent to their email.

Flexible Scaling of Signature and Text Boxes
- Textboxes can now be reduced to 1 character width to support Y/N responses
- Signature boxes can be reduced to a smaller size to fit smaller signature areas
- Control Flattening of Form Fields in Fillable PDFs. The Package originator can control what happens to Form Fields inside a fillable PDF document once it has been signed.
- Signing Packages with Multiple Documents. Signers who are executing Packages with more than one document will see an improved dialog at the end of the signing process notifying them clearly that they have more documents to sign.

Templating Documents with Syngrafii Tags (for Integrators)
- A new option in the Signers collection allows you to override a signer tag to a specific tag ID in the document.
- A new Package option in the API allows you to customize the behavior of Syngrafii tags in the Package documents:
- Remove (default) - all valid tags will be removed
- Keep - any tags not associated with a signer will be left in the document as is
- Hide - any tags not associated with a signer will be moved to a new hidden layer and the tag text made white
- We no longer remove invalid tags found in a document
- Idle Syngrafii sessions will timeout after a period of time and will necessitate you to log back in.
- The Syngrafii software version number is now displayed on the application home page and settings page.
