1. Once a Form Signer receives the shared Form link, clicking on the link will take the signer to the Form.
   

   

2. On the Form, First Name, Last Name and Email are mandatory fields. After filling in the Form, click on Next.
   

   

3. On the next screen, the Signer is presented with the document to be signed and can continue with the signing process.
