How To Update the Adobe Approved Trusted List

In some cases, you may see a notice in Adobe Reader when you open up a Syngrafii signed document that the Syngrafii Digital Signature’s identity is unknown. Usually, in this case, the Approved Trusted Certificates list may need to be manually updated in Adobe Reader. In order to do so follow these steps:

1. Open Adobe Acrobat.
2. Navigate to Edit > Preferences.
3. Select Trust Manager from the Categories list on the left.

4. Click Update Now under Automatic Adobe Approved Trusted Certificates Updates.

   

5. Once updated, a confirmation message is displayed.
