For support within the Syngrafii application, you can use the Web Widget.

Once logged in, from any page, click on the Support link in the top-right corner.

The Support Web Widget will open up.

You can input a keyword for search and hit enter. It will show the related help articles.

Clicking on the link will open the help article inside the widget.

If you do not find what you are looking for in the search, you can contact us from the widget by clicking on the Contact us button.

In the Contact us form, your information will be automatically populated. If you have a Package open, the Package Id which will help further troubleshoot your issue will be populated too or else you can manually enter the Package Id if required. (What is a Package Id?)

Towards the bottom, you can type in the issue that you are facing and also attach screenshots that would help Syngrafii troubleshoot the issue.
When you are done, click on the Send button, and a ticket is created for your request. You will also receive an email confirmation. Syngrafii support will contact you.
