For support within the Syngrafii application, you can use the Web Widget.
- Once logged in, from any page, click on the question mark symbol on the top-right corner.
- The Support Web Widget will open up.
- You can input a keyword for search and hit enter. It will show the related help articles.
- Clicking on the link will open the help article inside the widget.
- If you do not find what you are looking for in the search, you can contact us from the widget by clicking on the Contact us button.
- In the Contact us form, your information will be automatically populated. If you have a Package open, the Package Id which will help further troubleshoot your issue will be populated too or else you can manually enter the Package Id if required. (What is a Package Id?)
- Towards the bottom, you can type in the issue that you are facing and also attach screenshots that would help Syngrafii troubleshoot the issue.
- When you are done, click on the Send button and a ticket is created for your request. You will also receive an email confirmation. Syngrafii support will contact you.
