If you would like to change the template/format of an already fully completed/signed Package, there are two options:
Option 1: Take the signed document (downloaded), Edit the Package or create a New Package and use the downloaded one as the “original” document. Please note that if the original document was a fillable Adobe form, after the signer signs it the first time, Syngrafii “flattens” all fillable fields. The sender could however add a Syngrafii text template field where needed.
Option 2: Reset the document and the signer signs it again from scratch. To quickly do this, the sender can log into Syngrafii, locate the Package and click on Edit to make changes.
- Click on the document name at the top of the Edit Package screen:
- You will be taken to the template screen and you can click on the Edit Template button on the right-hand side to reset the document. You can add/remove any templated fields and then hit Save to send it out for signing again.
