Once a Package has been finalized, you can download all the signed documents, the MasterFile™ Audit Trail and if applicable, the video recordings from VSR™ sessions.
Once logged in, on the Syngrafii Homepage, select Packages to see a list of all the Packages that you have sent out for signing. Tip: if you have been given a Sign Editor role by your Administrator, you will be able to see all the documents for all the signers in your organization.
Using the search or filter options, locate the Package that you need to download the data from and select Open.
This will take you to the Package view screen. Use the tabs at the top to select the required section of the Package:
MasterFile Audit Trail: To see all the audit trail information. You can download the MasterFile by selecting the Download MasterFile button in the bottom left corner of the page. This downloads a PDF version of the MasterFile.
Documents: You can download all the executed documents and the Compliance Audit Certificate in a zip file by selecting the Download Documents button in the bottom left corner of the page.
Meetings (for VSR Packages): To see all the meetings that took place. On the left panel, you can select a meeting if there were more than one recording that took place for this Package. You can playback the meetings from this screen. To download a video recording, click on the 3 dots icon in the bottom-right corner of the video and select Download.
Document Viewer: On the top of the Package viewer, you will see a tab for each document signed in the Package. Clicking on a tab will load the document in the document viewer. On the left panel, you can then use the buttons to download the various versions of the document.
You can also use the Download Versions button in the bottom left corner of the page to download all the versions together.
