A Package Expires when the SignBy date is exceeded prior to the Package being completed.
If you need to extend a signing, you can click on the Extend button on the Packages list page for expired Packages, allowing the Package owner to quickly extend the SignBy date by 7 days.
Clicking the Extend button will prompt a confirmation before applying the change.
Clicking Yes will extend the Package SignBy date by 7 days. Select No to cancel the extension.
If you need to extend the SignBy date by more than 7 days, you can edit the Package and set a new date as needed.
