A Package owner has the ability to request additional documents required for a signing transaction such as additional Identification Documents, Utility Bills or another form of documentation required. This can be accomplished by including Image fields on the original document or the Compliance Audit Certificate (CAC) page.
While templating the document, the Package owner can add image fields to the document or the CAC page either by dragging and dropping the field, or using the select mode, or pressing the shortcut Alt + p. You can add as many image boxes as required per document. Depending on the use case, the image field can be made mandatory or optional.
See: How to Template a Document
In this above example, the image field has been added to the CAC page.
When the signer opens the document for signing, the image field will be visible on the CAC page.
The signer needs to click on the image field to activate it. Once clicked, the Add Image dialog appears, presenting various options for adding the image.
For adding an image, there are two options for the signer:
-
Add Image from Smartphone
- Using Text Link
- Using Email Link
- Resize Image
- Crop Image
- Rotate Image
- Reset Image
-
Add Image from This Device (device on which the signing session is open)
- Select Image
- Drag and Drop image
Once the image is uploaded, you have the option to Replace, Crop, or Rotate the image, and can either Cancel or Accept.
