Users now have the ability to rescind a signing Package after it has been sent out for signing. This enables you to cancel a signing in case you need to make any changes to the Package, or need to void the signing process. Upon rescinding a Package, all signers will receive a notification that their signing has been cancelled.
To rescind a Package, click on the three-dot menu from the available options for the Package and select Rescind.
Choosing the rescind option prompts the user with a confirmation screen to confirm the rescind process. It also offers the user an opportunity to communicate a reason for rescinding the Package to all the signers. The entered message will be included in the rescind email that is sent out from the platform. This is an optional field. Selecting Yes will rescind the Package. The user can opt out of the rescind process by clicking on No or by simply closing the pop-up window.
Rescinded Packages are labelled as Rescinded and can be viewed under the Rescinded section.
