iinked Seal allows users in Syngrafii to add their digital Notary, Commissioner or other Seals into the documents that they are signing. Currently, you will be required to have a digital version of the stamp or seal that you want to use with Syngrafii. You can add iinked Seals for yourself and for your members (if you are an Organization Administrator).
- Once logged in, click on your name in the top-right corner of the page, and click on My Account.
- On the Profile page, click on Seals on the left panel.
- You will be presented with the Seals page where you can create multiple seals.
- To create a Seal, you can either click on the New Seal button in the center of the page or from the left panel.
- You are presented with the New Seal page. To successfully create a Seal, there are a few fields to fill in.
- Name (mandatory field) - The seal name is shown along with its image when selecting a seal during a signing.
- Description (optional field) - The seal description is for internal use and is not shared with others during a signing.
- Enabled (ON/OFF) - You can enable/disable the Seal. By default, it is Enabled.
- I Agree (mandatory field) - This is a disclaimer that you will need to agree to continue. Disclaimer text: "By selecting I Agree and continuing to add a seal or other language denoting the holding of an appointment or office to notarize, commission or otherwise authenticate documents or signatures, you are certifying your entitlement to use such a seal or language on documents created or executed by you on our System and we are relying upon this certification in permitting you to upload same for use on our System."
- Image (mandatory field) - This is to add the Seal image.
Clicking on the Add Image button opens up the Edit Seal Image dialog box.
To add an image click on Select Image, browse for the seal image from your device and select open.
You have additional options to Replace the image, Crop the image and Remove Background i.e. to make a transparent background.
For best results, we recommend you use a PNG image with a transparent background. Once done, click on Accept. The seal image gets added. You can click on the Edit Image button to go back and make changes.
Once you are satisfied with the image you have, save the seal by clicking Save (top-right corner). You can see the seal added to your list of seals.
You also have the option of deleting a seal, using the Delete button, if it is no more in use.

To create seals for your Organization members:
- Navigate to the Seals section under My Organization
- Follow the seal creation steps from above. You will have an additional field (drop-down), Member (mandatory field), to assign the seal to one of your members.
