To allow the ability for a Host to delete templated fields while signing documents in a VSR or In Person session, the Package originator can enable the Delete setting in the Package options.
While creating a VSR or In Person Package, click on the Editing tab in the Package Options menu. Under the Editing tab, there is a Delete toggle switch, which when enabled would give the ability to the Host to delete templated fields during the session.
During the meeting, selecting the field that the user wants to delete, will provide the option to delete.
Clicking on the Delete button converts the field to optional, allowing the Host to skip it and finalize the document without filling it in.
Clicking back on the field makes it mandatory again, and will be available to be filled in.
