Organization members can be assigned various roles by an Organization Owner, depending on their responsibilities and access needs.
Some of the major roles are:
- Organization Owner
- Organization Administrator
- Sign Editor
- LongPen Administrator
-
Organization Owner - An Organization Owner has full administrative privileges within the organization. This role allows the member to access the Organization Administration section of the application.
Organization Administrator – A member with the Organization Admin role has the same privileges as an Organization Owner, except for access to the Billing section. The Billing section, which includes Subscription, Usage, and Invoices, is only accessible to members with the Organization Owner or Organization Billing role.
-
Sign Editor - Being a Sign Editor gives a member the ability to see all Packages, Templates, and Forms created by all the members in an organization. They can view the status of the Packages, make changes to the Packages (add/delete signers, replace documents), and also view the MasterFile. A Sign Editor will have access to the Packages of disabled or deleted members, too. While they can perform all these actions, please note that a Sign Editor cannot delete Packages created by other users.
-
LongPen Administrator - Being a LongPen Administrator gives a member the ability to schedule and join LongPen sessions, and has full access to view the complete MasterFile history of all the sessions.
