Signatures boxes can be added on-the-fly while a Video Signing Room session is in progress.
This is a sample document that was not templated while creating the VSR Package. This means that Signature boxes or other fields were not added during the creation of the Package.
To add signatures while the VSR is in progress, click on the Add Signature button from the bottom menu.
The application presents you with an option to select the signer you would like to place the signature box for.
Once the signer is selected, the mouse pointer switches to a pen icon. Move the mouse to a location on the document where you would like to add a signature and left-click once. By default, the Host of the VSR will be the active signer.
You can switch signers by clicking on the signers button.
You will be provided with options to select the signers.
Once the signer signs, you can click on the Pointer button from the bottom menu to deselect the Add Signature option. You are able to re-position the signature slightly if needed.
