To ensure security, stability, and compliance, iinked Sign™ has several system-imposed limits on Packages, documents, and user actions. These limits are in place to maintain the integrity of signing sessions while optimizing system performance. Below are the key limitations:
Package Limits
- Maximum Number of Documents per Package: Up to 15 documents can be added to a single Package. Please reach out to support if your use-case requires additional documents per Package.
- Maximum File Size per Document: Each document uploaded must not exceed 25MB.
Changes & Edits Limits
- Number of Changes Allowed per Package: Each Package has a set limit on the number of allowed changes. Once this limit is reached, no further modifications can be made.
Security & Compliance Limits
- ID Verification Attempts: Signers are allowed a maximum of 3 attempts to verify their identity before being locked out. The Package owner can reset an IDV request to provide additional attempts.
- Audit Trail Integrity: All signing actions, including changes, are permanently recorded in the MasterFile Audit Trail and cannot be modified.
- Session Timeout: If a signer is inactive for more than 90 minutes, they will be automatically logged out for security reasons.
