- On a mobile phone device, once the user clicks on the signing link sent to them via email or text message, they will see the following screen once successfully connected.
- When the signing session is started by the operator at the LongPen™, the screen will change to a live image feed of the document. On a mobile phone device, the document is presented zoomed in, and the signer can use the zoom in/out buttons and arrow keys at the top-right of the menu to pan the document as necessary.
- The signer can then sign on the screen within the green bounding box and either press the blue Send button, or the Clear button to clear the signature before sending it to the LongPen.
- Once Send is pressed, the signature is sent to the LongPen. The signer will see image updates as the LongPen writes the signature onto the document. The signer can send additional signatures as required.
