The Identity Verification options available to you when creating a Signing Package are known as policies. The following table displays the various IDV policies available and the descriptions of what is available in each option.

Definitions:
Policy | Description |
Code | Unique policy code used to select the policy during API integration calls. |
Settings | |
Countries | List of countries the signer can select from to validate their identity. |
Languages | List of languages the signer can select from. (Varies by provider) |
Pass To Sign | When enabled, the signer must pass IDV before they can sign their documents. |
Retry Attempts | Number of times a signer can retry IDV after they fail. |
Resettable | Allows the package owner to reset a signer's IDV after they get locked out from too many failed attempts. |
