Once an Organization Admin (OA) configures the Cloud Storage Integrations, all organization members can connect to the available cloud storage using their credentials.

After logging in as a Member, click on your name in the top-right corner of any page, then select Apps. Next, click on Connections in the left panel.

This page shows all the apps you are authorized to connect with. In the sample screenshot below, the member is authorized to connect to OneDrive and SharePoint, while DocuShare Flex has been disabled by the OA.
- Members can click the Connect button to connect to the cloud storage which will then redirect them to authenticate and grant access to iinked Sign on the selected provider's login page.
