An Organization Admin (OA) has the ability to manage which integrations are available to all members within the organization. They can enable or disable integrations from a predefined list, which Syngrafii will continue to expand as more providers are integrated.

After logging in as an OA, click on your name in the top-right corner of any page, then select Apps. Next, click on Manage in the left panel. This page will display all the apps integrated with Syngrafii.

You can enable or disable apps for organization members using the toggle switch. To manage app settings, click the Manage button. The screenshots below display the available options for OneDrive.
- For each provider, the following common options are available:

- Enabled/Disabled - Allow organization members to connect by enabling the app.
- Import Documents – Members connected to the app can import documents from the source to include them in signing Packages, if enabled by the OA.

Export Documents – Fully signed documents can be exported back to the source for members participating in the signing Package, if enabled by the OA.

Document Policy – The OA can define which document types can be exported back to the source, including:
- MasterFile
- Executed
- Finalized
- Compliance Audit Certificate (CAC)

Export Policy
- Export Directory – The OA can specify the directory where exported documents should be saved. If no directory is specified, the default location is the iinked root directory.
- Only If Imported - When enabled, documents will only be exported to this app if they were originally imported from it. When disabled, all signed documents will be exported.
- Export to Original Import Directory – If enabled, exported documents will be saved in the same directory from which they were originally imported.

For SharePoint, an additional field that needs to be configured is the Tenant URL. The Tenant URL for SharePoint typically follows this format:

For DocuShare Flex, the additional fields that need to be configured are:

Tenant URL is the specific endpoint or address that identifies your organization’s instance of DocuShare Flex. Example:
https://[your-tenant].docushareflex.com - Client ID is a unique identifier issued to your application when you register it within DocuShare Flex’s system. It acts as a "username" for your app when making API requests.
- Client Secret is a secure, confidential string of characters (like a password) that is used along with the Client ID to authenticate your application. It proves that the request is coming from an authorized source.
