How To Set Up a Signing with Identity Verification Using the Unity Integration

1. In Unity, once you have setup an appointment and you click on the Create Appt button to create a Syngrafii Package, you are navigated to the Syngrafii portal.

   

2. If Identity Verification is enabled on your account, on the Syngrafii portal, the Package Options page is displayed, and you will see an option for selecting an Identification Verification Policy.
   

   

   

3. Once the required policy is selected, a Verify toggle switch appears beside all the signers under the Add Signers & Recipients section. This allows you to add verification for the signers that require it.
   

   

4. Once done, click on Save in the top-right corner. And then continue with templating the documents by selecting the document from the above tab.
