- Once logged in as an Organization Administrator, click on your name on the top-right corner of the page, and click Subscription.
- The Subscription page provides you with information as to what plan and services you have. You can also update your payment details using the Change Payment Method.
- Subscriptions can be cancelled using the Cancel Subscription button. Your account remains active until the end of your billing cycle. During this period, you can create new Packages and the final invoice would be generated at the end of your cycle. Once your subscription is successfully cancelled, you will not be able to create new Packages, however, you will still have access to past signings.
