Identity Verification (IDV) is typically used within a signing Package on the iinked platform when signing transactions are being completed.
However, if you would like to use IDV as a standalone feature, you are able to utilize our iinked Forms. Although it still necessitates the signing of a waiver document, it can function as a standalone, reusable option for IDV purposes.

While creating an iinked Form, you can enable IDV for the Form Signer. You will be responsible for creating a generic waiver document and template as needed (refer to the sample screenshot below). Once the Form has been finalized, you will be able to share or post on your website, the reusable iinked Form link with your clients.
You will need to create a waiver document (similar to the sample in the screenshot below) that would be added as a document to the iinked Form.

Please Note: In this scenario, once the client enters their details into the iinked Form landing page, they will be prompted to complete the Identity Verification before being presented with the waiver document to sign. When the client enters their details on the iinked Form landing page, a Package is automatically created in the portal. This allows you to track the progress and results of the Identity Verification process and provides a detailed MasterFile Audit Trail for non-repudiation and audit purposes.
